Today i saw a black cougar, looked to be a 99-2000, dont quote me on that, it had a wind and body kit, no tinted windows, it was on 95th street aroudn 2:30 PM, may not be anyone, but with the work he had done i could see it being a NECO member.

Im not sure off the top of my head i would be able to choose it out of a crowd but not by name, i could go to all the mfr. websites, but to be honest i dont really care that much. If someone on here who read was on they would know it was them.

Where at on 95th st? My car isn't that one, but I never see any modded cougs by me. I live and work near 95th st (In Evergreen Park and Oak Lawn).
