i posted all about this in the keystone section. my driverside caliper decided to break on the highway. it was a sticky caliper that had been broke for a while evidently. heres the link pictures and, the story

I am sorry to hear that... At least you ended up getting everything fixed for cheap! Quick question for you though... Did you replace the whole brake caliper? Or just the part that was sticking? $12 is a great deal - I would buy a set and paint them if I can get them that cheap. That way I don't have to have my car out of commission while the paint dries! For some reason, I was under the inpression that they were like $200... I forget where I got that from though!

the whole caliper unloaded meaning, pretty much just the housing with no pads was 30 bucks, when u return your used caliper you get 18 bucks back. its called a core.
