this morning i went out to my car, prolly about 20 degrees. i got in the car and went to turn it on, everything turned on fine that was supposed to but the car wouldnt start. i know th battery is fine but i dont know what is wrong. the engine doesnt even try to turn over. its almost like the charge isnt getting to the starter. anyone know how to fix this or know where the starter is located?

Starter is located on the top of the transmission- Not trivial to get to, but not difficult.

An easy way to tell is to turn on your headlights and then crank the car- If the headlights dim while your key is in the "start" position, then the starter is drawing current and either doesn't have enough juice to turn, or there's an internal problem with it. If the lights don't dim at all, the starter's not even being told to engage, and you have another electrical problem.
