Theres also C3001 which is very possible to put together inadequately if its been apart for any reason, but since your radio is affected, I would focus on the drawing in post #18 first.

Sometimes there’s a plastic gear inside the transmission that can fail, if there are no electrical issues.

S62 is a splice.
G1 is a ground.

So it looks like multiple items all use Ground #1 through splice 62.
