ok, i have replaced them, cleaned my windows everything. when i have my wipers on, when they are returing back to the down position, they seam to bounce up and down off the windshield. anyone have any idea on how to fix it.

Many new replacement wiper blades come with a silicone treatment that you wipe onto the rubber. Have you used this stuff before?

it happens to me too, especially right after i put rain-x on it. and it happens when its pouring
