I was just wondering will my cougar with the only engine mods being a Flowmaster catback and weapon R intake pass an imessions test. I do not know if it is different from state to state but i live in NJ. Thanks

Even with headers (which remove 2 of the 3 catalytic converters), I was still able to pass Northern VA (DC) emissions... Quite strict... Only allowed 73ppm HCs...

As long as you haven't screwed with the MAF/injectors, you'll be fine.
