Ok, I was driving down clombia parkway on my way to work today and I see a 99-00 silver frost coug. And I think man that looks nice, then I see he/she ha a real nice razzi kit. I was going about 60 at the time so I couldn't get a better description. Sorry, any ideas?

A car exactly like that works at the Lazarus at the Kenwood Towne Centre in Cincinnati. I work there too. Whoever drives it is a guy i know that much. There is also a rio red coug with a wings west kit that frequents the towne centre.
