I'm not sure which is better, I've heard good and bad about all of them!
Which is better Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plugs or DENSO Iridium Spark Plug?
And Ford Racing 9mm Plug Wires or Bosch Premium Spark Plug Wire Set?

The Bosch +4's are about a waste of money. Can't remember what i bought the last time, but something tells me it was Autolite Double-Plats.

As for the wires, the Ford 9mm wires i use work fine.

Yea, it seems to be the general consensus that the Autolite double platinums are the best to use for our cars.

doesnt iridium tend to flake off? or is that a problem with all coated plugs including platinum. Is there a specific part number for the autolite plugs, im going to change mine soon.. and if those are the best im sure not going to pay for Denso's

Ok so is denso spark plugs not that great? Which is the best to plug to put in the car??

Autolite Double plats hands down. Proven many times over the best spark plug for the Duratech V6. Most of the serious performance people run them and would not run anything else.
