Where did you get your Tach how much was it and whats it look like? My dad just bought an 85 vette and it has electronic guages that I hate and i was looking for a good tach/

I have the autometer Cobalt 5" tach. It illuminates blue. I doubt that is what your dad is looking for.
However Autometer does have a WIDE selection of tachs. Including some which would compliement that vett nicely. you should go to the autometer website.

UMMMMM well in 85 they have an eletronic tac that is not easy to watch so it would make it easy if i bought on with a needle
