What is the sensor that goes in the stock airbox??? and is it needed? I am about to put an air intake on and wanted to know where that thing would go on the new air intake. it is an arospeed short ram intake with a k&N filter. WHERE DOES THIS SENSOR GO???

I always found it funny when people ask if they need a sensor they find...remember these are carburated engines, these are electronically controlled fuel injected engines. Yes I know some sensors are there just to be annoying and some are emmissions control sensors, but still, getting rid of them or tricking some of them is not the best Idea... (lower O2 MIL eliminators are just fine when the pre cats are removed).

ok so where do i put it once the short ram is on the car????

You can relocate it to one of the holes on the accordian, and "T" the back hose on facing the firewall to the front hose on the intake.
