Found this FREE HANGING connector under the hood (take a look at the pic)

It's connected into the wire, that connects to the coil pack...

Looked into the Ford CD - looks like a ground wire of the coil pack - is it?

The part number at the connector is: F6AF-18801-AA - but I don't think it might help - found nothing on this part # in Microcat

Where should I connect it to? Can't see ane hole to attach it!

It seems like I was running with this free hanging connector for some time - is it dangerous for my coil pack?

Yes, it should me on top of the coil pack, with one of the four bolts running through it. I think the bolt left front bolt, as you are looking down on the coil pack under the hood.

I think it has something to do with being a noise reducer for the stereo system... to help prevent that whining noise some cars get when they have the radio on....
