Okay, this is a BIG debate between me and my best bud. I know my 2001 MTX Cougar weighs more than his 2003 Sentra SE-R MTX, but by how much? I've searched and searched the net, but I keep coming up with crazy different figures for his SE-R.

Anyone know? And, how much of a speed difference does it actually make?

who cares when it comes to racing swerv in front of him either hill slam on his brakes and you blow right by him or he crashes into you and pushes you across the finish line. the way i see it, its a win win situation hahaha.

So, if the weight of the SE-R is 3609 lbs, what is the weight of the Cougar (2001 MTX V6)?

my bad actually... after RE reading that... i KNEW it just didn't sound right... theres no way that car was over 3000lbs
my guess is that they put a "3" instead of a "2" - look here at this page

http://www.infinitihelp.com/Nissan/Models/2004/SE-R/Specifications.htm

that lists EVERY tiny detail... the weights of ALL the sentras is near the bottom:

Weights
SE-R (only comes in Automatic) = 2,761.3

SE-R Spec V (only comes in Manual) = 2,710.1
