Hello.

I recently got a "crack", about 3" long in my Visteon lip. Anyone know how I can repair it?

I dont want to just throw the whole thing in the garbage. It seems like such a waste if I can't fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you dont know how to fiberglass, then take it to a body shop and have them fiberglass it. Otherwise, just fiberglass it yourself, sand it smooth, and repaint.

Post a pic of the damage... it's probably simple to fix. Ask Dan ( Hamill ), he split his no limit front grill in 3 pieces and I put it back together for him easily. If you're really desperate being that we're 4 hours away, I guarantee I can fix it Mike.

eek! Mike, that sucks! what happend to it? curb? speedbump?

i'm SURE it can be fixed as Ron says... i mean, its not that complicated of a body piece... i would think just patch it up with whatever - fiberglass or whatever body filler or bondo stuff, sand sand sand then paint.

Well, I was coming home from work, in a construction zone, when all of a sudden I encountered a nice 4" lip on a bridge. Needless to say, it cracked down the center. I uploaded some pictures, but there seems to be some server problems. The damage isn't THAT bad, but it needs to be fixed.
