How/where do I secure the neon tubes that are supposed to be located in the front and rear of the car?

I cut a bunch of plastic crap for my front one. I think I could of just taken it off but i don't know. It is now kinda up in the bumper. When I have them on you can see the light coming from both grills and the ground. looks good. The back was just put on there i guess. you can kinda see it (wich sucks) with the stock bumper but any aftermarket one would hid that bulb. I hope that helped some

yeah have someone install it- i had my dad do it.... and the freaking sides are showing... im going to have to get side skirts b/c im tubbing.,.... any ideas on how to hide them??

i mentioned in a diffrent post, that perhaps lowering the car would hide them.
