i saw this lady getting out of her 99 black cougar in my church parking lot today, and she said to me, "nice car!" so i said the same to her of course. and then i noticed it had what looked to be razzi side skirts, and a razzi wing, and window tint. those are all the mods i could see. so i asked her if she added the sides/wing, and shes like "its a 99, thats why it might be different from yours", and i was like, "so is mine, im pretty sure those sides and spolier are after market." and i told her a little about neco and all, and she seemed a little interested, but i dont think she will join or anything. but anyway, it was cool to see that. and she said she got the car ised, so they sides and wing and tint could have been added before she baught the car.....

i was going to take pics, because i had my camera next to me in the car there, but then decided she might think im kinda weird. so i decided that i would go back soon and see if the car is still there without her, and snap a few shots.

Probably a Roush edition. There's one like that parked at the Mill Run Chili's all the time - apparently belongs to a waittress there.

the front bumper was stock though, and the rear was stock too im pretty sure. and there is a roush eddition has a different wing.
