Not that I want to be one, but how does one get chosen to be a moderator? Our boards here seem to be blessed with fair level headed and keep things under control... Not that our boards are over run with retards or anything. I know over on the tib boards the mods are very fickle... I've had friends posts deleated from threads just because the mods don't like them.
