I'm looking into getting a new passat for a daily driver while I start some heavy work on the cougar, mainly since I will be getting out of the military soon due to medical reasons and my paychecks will increase drastically. Right now I'm looking at going with the 3.6L but I'm not totally sure if it is worth the extra 6K to go from the 2.0T to the 3.6. It is a heavy car sitting at a little over 3300Lbs. I do know I want something new but under 33K if it can be helped. Has anybody heard anything about these cars good, bad anything at all.

my teacher just got one like 2 weeks ago and he took me for a ride thursday. That thing was sweet. He got pretty much all the updates possible for it. Like wheels, stereo, and the rest.
