I searched for this for at least 30 minutes and came up empty handed. I have the SVT TB (it's from a 98) that I'm planning on optimizing but the TB shaft is different from the one in the How-To. attached are pics of mine. I just don't know how this will work...I'm totally lost.

Those pictures in the howto are the "complete, finished" optimization I believe. You have to grind down most of the plate, and replace it with those screws.
