on fordpartsonline.com all they have is a stabilizer bar. is this the same thing as a sway bar? if so its only $70 on fordpartsonline.com

Sway bar, anti-roll bar, stabilizer bar... all names for the same thing.

Remember, the SVT front sway is actually THINNER than non-SVT, since a thinner bar cuts down on the understeer that is inherent in fwd vehicles.
