Missing from the FAQ:

* What fuel management comes with the kit(s)? Did this change when the tuner kit appeared?
* Are aftermarket headers required, such as the ones made by MSDS to fit the Vortec?
* Any supercharger fitment issues to consider with a 3L setup over a 2.5L setup?
* Dyno plots?

I know fuel-wise my kit just had a blue cylinder that squeezed off the return line to force more fuel into the engine. Not sure what you'd need for a returnless system.

MSDS makes headers, but you have to order the Vortech SC version which has a different bend to clear the jackshaft

Anyone have the last two answers? I'll update the FAQ once we get them.

what if i have a 2002 cause i emailed them and was told that their kit wouldnt fit my [email protected]#@#[email protected]

I don't personally know of any options, but it was discussed at length in that thread. Maybe PM those that had some good input.

Did the kit for the return fuel system can be put on returnless cougar with some minor modification???
