The track and motor assembly are about 5 pounds. It is the size of the sunroof opening though, so shipping may be around $15 or so.

Edit: That is for the one with the plastic tracks. (1999-2000) I have no idea what the metal one weighs.

i had a broke one shipped to me, if it comes in the box that ford sends it in, it will be an oversized item and cost about 35 bucks.
