Should come with directions. The strobes have three wires (white, red and black) just match them up to the power supply.

do you have actual strobes that you put in your headlights?? I have modules that flash my existing highbeam bulbs and existing brake light and reverse light bulbs that are normally in the car...i was actually looking to see if anyone knew what colors the wires were for those lights in the car itself......

Thanks

doing this is going to drastically reduce the life expectancy of your bulbs...not sure about your car but changing rears in my car is a pain in the ASS....

buy strobes DO IT RIGHT...! all you have to do then is drill tiny holes in the housings for the new bulbs and your good to go..

if your really creative you will figure out away to squeeze a stobe into the spot for the photolight cell in the headlights..(euro cars where the little senor for the auto head lamps go)

I'm a firefighter in PA and i have a complete 8 strobe package. Mine i swear are brighter than any cop or anything with strobes that i have ever seen. I have four in the rear and will have four up front. I didn't put them in my headlights yet due to time/other projects but i have a test headlight drilled and installed already. I run clears in the rear in the brake and reverse lights. (The brake red housing makes the strobe red of course but with a clear strobe in there its brighter than just a red strobe) Than up front will be all blue due to local laws. Tonight i will try to get a clip of the rear strobes. If you have any questions about the wiring or how u put them in just pm me.

I believe I was one (if not the) first person to modify the taillights to dual-purpose for strobes... you can use the reverse segment, or the main brake circle to illuminate, by pulling the bulb as far from the clear area as possible. Dremel a small channel for the wiring out, and run the controller to the front of the vehicle. Many people saw it in action at CF2k3 and CF2k4.

I use real strobe tubes which are 1" grommet type. I have a 8 outlet, 180 watt power supply mounted in my trunk which puts out 22.5 watts to each head. Its pretty dam bright!

I have a similar setup with the 1" grommet strobes and love them. Like was said before they are brighter than any cops i have seen. As soon as my new 90W kit comes i'll be putting 6 in my cougar but in the meantime Heres a pic of my truck with a whelen 60watt kit. These were simple to install just run a few wires and dont be afraid to cut a little bit. Almost anyone can do it with some time.
