well, i bought a damaged drift bumper from Vhull and it needs 2 be fixed bad. i was just wondering, since the fiber glass is so fricken thin, has anybody strengthened theres before painting and installing, and if so how and what did u do?

you can lay more layers of glass or you can rig it like i did
i sprayed about 10 cans of that foam insulation stuff in a can from home depot

"great stuff" i think it was called

nice to see that its getting some good use. i would second the idea of the bedliner stuff. a quick layer of fiberglass wouldnt be too tough to do either. let me know what you go with cuz im curious to see how that thing turns out.

off-topic: CATerina... you need taillight covers or something, bad.

yah the thought of having fiberglass on a car that you can freakin see thru is a tad scary... I was thinkin about brushing resin on the inside to strengthen it but I think I like the lining idea better - it will allow it to flex if needed versis maybe making it hard as hell?
