Clean them...you might have some sap on them.

And if either one of those dont help...I had to pull off door covers and spray lubricant on all the tracks and moving parts, but dont get any on glass because it will smear till the lube wears off, and that will be a while. One thing I noticed is after washing windows ,rolling down windows while wet will cause the tracks to dry out quicker.

Thanx for the advice guys, I will wash my car this Sunday on my day off. After my baby is born in December I plan on getting my windows tinted again. I had my other cougar's windows with 20% I believe. I'm going with 5% all around this time. I already got 9 tickets, why stop there.
