is it just me, or does the stock cd player suck big time? it doesnt play burnt cds well

mine plays burnt cd's fine, but i doubt it plays re-writables very well. im workin on gettin an mp3/cd-rw headunit.

mine sucked the big one, it would play with a scratchy noise, Ive since got an alpine headunit and it sounds great.

I have never had a problem playing burned cds.

Half of my CD collection is burnt CD's. I have no problem playing them.

when mine was stock, i didnt have a problem either. it would pick up on a lot more scratches that my after market one, but it played them decently.

only problem i had with my stock was the stupid detachable piece would alway come loose and cut in and out on me..no problems with CDR's though..
