Hi,
I've just ordered from them Magnecor 8.5 wires and front OMP Strut Bar....just fiew months ago. Obviosly I've payed Istantly by Mastercard. At present days I haven't received any Item.

$389.74 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and now with actual exchange Euro/USD, more than...

Responses to e-mails??!?! the last one in december that says: "...sorry, but we've received a wrong strut brace from OMP (for Audi A4), do you want to rebate OMP and extra shipment? we can ship only magnecor.....:"

Finally, they don't have a good customer support, and I highligts that they don't have items that they sells.
I've e-mailed almost 4 mails, and get no answers... Below a paste of the last one:

Hi Joe,
please 2 months ago I've ordered as above. Now I've decided (as you suggests) to buy OMP strut braces elsewere. Did you think My magnecor 8.5 wires and refund of OMP and extra shipment arrives in this month?

Hi Joe,
in order to what I've previously says, I think is better that you ship only Magnecor wires and refund me the difference for OMP strut brace and extra shipping. So please, don't send money or check via Mail (It's not legal here in Italy), I prefer if you can use paypal:

I had a tough time understanding the problem. Just kidding... I ordered from SPMotorSports before and had no problems. I have heard their name come up a few times for bad service though. At least you are getting a refund for the part that isn't available. Hopefully, it comes soon.

Start here - call your credit card company and begin a dispute. Since you are out of the US, if you are unable, let me know, I'll call them and try and get this resolved!

CougarGT-I've tryed to call one time...no answer. One try Isn't so much, but think about that I'm callyng from Italy: If Joe doesn't respond to an e-Mail, why Joe does want to respond to a call?

Fly-fast: Yes thanks,good idea. I've called Mastercard Italy and send a fax for the dispute issue, just today. Now I'm waiting for a response from them, but if you got a fastest way, let me know. if you succeed to obtain it, I need only magnecor wires.

The primary thing is to advertise everyone that SPMotorSports.com puts items to sale that they don't have in the store, and puts in "special offer of the month" this item only when receive one order and wait others just for pay all in one shipping cost.

Finally....SPMotorSports.com don't pays debits! I'm waiting from a November order....

I guess you're not alone with this.
Apparently SP was having some problems with a computer virus:

thread on CEG

You should probably try calling as often as you can - perhaps even every day.
There may also be some communication problems as well.
No offense, but it's obvious that english is a second language for you.

Don't worry, it's true that english is my second language.. :) (I try to do my best...)
but... do you really think that the Joe's problem is a computer virus? He never heard anything like anti-viruses? a problem began in december??! :-/

Next week I'll try to call, I'll get also informations on GMT time.

I have tried to call Joe: they do not answer to the calls. Probably I have mistaken hour or for the jet lag one, I call in closing timetables. However no answer to the email, by now is passed beyond 3 months... I’m so hopeless.

I have tried to make all what I could.
I'm so tired, and now I leave that the mastercard manages to contact them, ‘cause I pay my debits.

i ordered a couple items from sp a week or 2 ago, shippin was 7-14 days, it came on within 10 day period..i ordered 3 items, but only two came, and the pink sheet showed that the item was shipped and supposed to be in that box, but it wasnt...i emailed joe, and litterly got a response within the hour, told him the part was missin and hes ya thats fine, ill send u another one, without question i recieved my part within days
