I dont know if anyone has heard about the recall on the ATX yet but there is one on some of then 99-00 cougars.. its where your break lights go out and when you start to put your car into gear from park, it wont... If you havent had ur car looked at or recieved a Recall on it then I would suggest doing so soon... It happened to me today.... If it does happen there is a place in your owners manuel on how to temp fix it... NE more Qs just ask...

Yeah I have to take mine to get it looked at, entire back lights sometimes dont come on.
