Get some rtv sealant for thr intake hoses but not the egr valve it may be the gasket but also could be slightly defective with loss of vaccum through the diaphragm. The throttle body it much harder to fix. A new throttle body would be best. You can get one on ebay new or used for about 50 to 100

Vacuum leak throttle body spring

Hey guys, When I used a smoke machine to check for vacuum leaks I have some smoke coming from the bottom of my throttle body where the spring is. Should there be some sort of seal between the spring and housing? The car seems to idle fine and no surging. I don't even know what brand it is...

Throttle body spring leak seems to be normal on older cars because a lack of seal between the spring and the Throttle body.

How did you smoke your car by chance? Did you use a machine or something else

I plan on just threading those port holes and putting a 90 degree barbed fitting there. With new hoses and connections
