I'm looking to see if anyone knows if any companies have wheels similar to those in the cougar s concept? I like the deep dish look...

well with the VX8s with the correct offset they have a nice deep lip on them

The wheels are done by HRE, a European company and are very very expensive. You could also look at Forged. They have a similar design. Go here and they have both HRE and Forged.
