Anyone have a website to generically go over roof skin removal and installation? Ive been heavily thinking of this as a potential mod for my cougar due to the way my sunroof leaks. Has anyone done this before whod like to inform me?

Id like to know the steps of a project like this before i decided to get involved, be it a personal project or taking it to a body shop. Thanks!

Cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, filling, painting...I'd take it to a shop.

I believe GMK had an aftermarket sunroof removed and the hole filled. I'd call your bodyshop and get an estimate.

it might be cheaper to find a donor car and have a reputable shop cut each at the pillars and weld/repair
