I got a dent a couple of weeks ago and just got my fender fix and painted, but the is a small amount of overspray on the Rims. How can this be removed safely without damaging the finish of the rims or the rim itself?

definitely clay bar it.
I think the car care section has some great how-to's and advice on using clay bars.
I had some overspray from my paint calipers being painted.
I use only zaino products on my car, so I used the zaino clay bar as directed and it worked out great.
