How do I remove it?

mine just simply unbolted. i think it was like 4 bolts if i remember correctly, but could be wrong about that number.

I remember two on each side, one center bolt to do mine....

I thought I read somewhere, that if the 5mph bumper is off, it makes the airbag go off very easy :shrug: a sensor or something??

or even not go off at all. remember james' wreck? street weapon bumper with no 5mph bumper to trigger the airbag deployment? it's just another one of those reasons to not tail gate people w/ a bumper like that. that and b/c fiberglass breaks easily and i don't want to have to rebuild my dragon-z again.
