Does anyone know the best way to remove the orange reflector in the headlight assembly????

I was just looking for that 'How To' and I can't find it. Did it get lost in the message board update?

Go to "How To" and the thread title is "How to take apart my headlights and paint 'em inside"...there's a link to an awesome cougar How-To site.

After you actually get the headlight assembly open (***** and 1/2 to do), the only way to get the orange reflector out is to break the tabs holding it in...
