I know stupid question but I couldn't find the answer and I couldn't get them to pop out. Could someone help please?

RTFM??? ha ha.... not sure... pretty sure its in the manual. I remember in my focus there was a little tab to the left or right at the edge of the housing, used a knife to push it and the houseing dropped out... probaly the same idea.

Yeah same way he said for the Focus, push the tab and wiggle it out. Watch for some small rocks and crap that will come out.

On the edge (mine are both on the inside, but I think it doesn't matter which side they clip back in on) there are push tabs. Push them in and just pull it down. Should take you 5 seconds tops, lol. Very simple, but yeah, like mentioned, watch out for all the dirt and crap that's going to come out after removing it (especially if you have a new paint job on the rear).
