REMOTE START

I INSTALLED AN ALARM WITH A REMOTE STARTER AND IT WORKS FOR ONLY 4-5 SECONDS I HAVE THAT LITTLE BYPASS BOX BUT ITS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. THE BOOK SAYS THAT I NEED TO USE THE TACH WIRE BUT SOMEONE SAID THAT ON OUR NEWER VEHICLES, WE didn't. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

Make sure you have the wire connected correctly.

Alright, for starters, taking off the 'caps lock' helps your post read more easily.

Secondly, if your alarm has a tach sensor, then it should be connected to the brown/green wire in the ignition coil pack.
