Hey I have a 21 mm rear sway bar and I am going to install it on my 2002 cougar. I was wondering if anyone can give me help on the installation. Will i need to drop the gas tank? thanks

no u will not it is a pretty easy install . but u will want to box your mounts or u will rip them out within a couple of months. U will want to unbolt the stock bar.. and then slide it out and they like to wedge themselves in so take your time then slide the new one in .. and then bolt it up.. and u are done.. in my personal opion i would take out the rear subframe and get the mounts boxed in or dont' put the bar on..
