I was reading your procedures (of what I could find) and i was curious....

how did you guys know (or figure out) the things like plugging up the specific oil feeds between the block and the heads? or that you need the 2.5 oil pick-up instead of the 3L pick-up? i was pondering how you know this since there isnt really any specific instructions on the hybrid build up.....

thanks for not letting me wonder anymore :bowdown:

Plugging the holes on the block for oil returns and oil feeds was very easy. Just throw a 2.5L head on the block and see which holes do not line up. These are the ones that need to be filled. Once you have a block, and a set of heads infront of you its very obvious as to which ones to block.

aight thanks man i was curious because ive never assembled my own engine before......
im starting this project soon, cant wait to get it finished...

now i know and knowing is half the battle:thumbsup:

Somebody should make the 3L hybrid swap guide into an actual printed guide downloadable on the 'net in PDF format. :flushed:
