Does anyone know where I can buy a Power Steering Pulley? (Mercury Cougar 1999 V6). Ford, online (remanufactured or new) or local stores don’t have it.

Yeah most all new replacement pumps use the press-on pulleys, so those bolt-ons are scarce. I might have one here I can send you; I’ll have to check the stash.

Thanks B3NN3TT!, is the pulley used or new? Mine has a whistling noise, the main reason I’m replacing it.

Nah, it's used. I just put an aluminum underdrive pulley on mine, so there's nothing wrong with it, but yeah.
