anyone have experiance wiht this headunit is it good worth my time to get it? i have a buddy i coudl get it through for like 250ish if i get it so i won't be poaying near the 500 crutchfield wants but still...

mainly i jus tlvoe the look of the deck only aftermarket on i have ever liked...

I've got it, and I love it! but if you use it with the Scosche DIN kit, you're gonna have grind down the middle of the kit in order for the headunit to motorize down..

hmm taht might be a problem i will have to look into differen't dash kits and see if any will work better with it if i decide to buy...

anyone else have any info or recommendations on another deck mayeb something pioneer for under a grand that has a fold out lcd?

yes I had this problem too but it was no biggie as I just used the dremel for a couple min and it gave enough clearance and its hardly even noticiable that the lip was grinded down, plus you will always have the headunit flipped out so no one will notice..as for the headunit I also love it and best part i payed like 280 for it and it is deffinitely worth it once you get it

I had the same problem, but I got a new dash kit that works perfectly.

The only problem i have with mine is when i put the car in park i sometimes get my finger caught between the damn shifter and the motorized face! :banghead: damn automatics.. another reason i'm saving up for the tranny swap lol other than that it's a great unit.

try the metra 99-5200 dash kit available at circuit city, but as far as the radio beutifull looking deck nice sound good featurs good contols for mutli amped systems
