Heres my delemia, everything on my car is black and red. I want to get black rims but i think they look too plain in just black, so I am planning on getting some black wheels with a chrome lip and im just goin to paint the lip red. Has anyone done this before? Is there any effective way to keep the paint from chipping?

not sure about that, send a PM to Matt (ND4SPD) he did red accents down the spokes of his black rims.
