Here are some pics of the cougar newly painted. Its not all cleaned up yet but you can see how nice it came out. Comments are welcome.

The fenders are the "new" x-1's.
Customcougars sells them.


I like the color Xeks but you should've taken some "brighter" pics. Pics out in the sunlight or a well lighted garage.
It's hard to fully appreciate the color.

What's funny is that I was at work the other day, and I was like, hmm, I wonder what that color would look like on a cougar. Word.

rims = atm undecided 18s or 19s unsure atm

um teal? = 2003 green color,changed mix code slightly /w coat of blue pearl on it

fenders = authentic Aerogear X-1's, not the same as the fenders sold on customcougar/ vents are located in different area, these are made without the sidemarker, the cutout for the plastic trim piece in front of the mirror is eliminated with these

pics = will take more pic's tomorrow in sunlight, didnt have much time so i grabbed a few shots to post on here for you guys

Why that color? Just not my pref. i guess, def. cool for uniqueness though and seems to have came out great. Good job on the fenders, i love those.

I never saw that about the x1's. Forget that than, i love my sidemarkers.

wow. that looks pretty good man. im sure it looks better in person, and in the right light. its kinda weird: stock rims, no tail light covers, but a custom paint job.... not the same order i would do things, but hey, you baught the car, not me. it looks good though.

speaking of those fecders eliminating the plastic piece for the mirrors, where are your side view mirrors???
