Hey I've been trying to drill the holes to install my strut bar for the past 20 minutes with no progress. Is there an easier way to drill these holes out? or any tips on what kind of drill bits to use? thanks

When we did this install on my buddy's Cougar, we used a standard titanium bit... took about 20 seconds per hole -- I don't remember the size of the bit, but is was a bit on the large size.

Total install for it was about 25 minutes.

OK thanks I got it. Just needed a little patience. However I broke off a head, so right now it's off to home depot to get more screws :(

Don't start off with the final drill size, you'll find it much easier if you start off with a smaller drill then progress on to a medium size then on to the finished size.
