I am not a total idiot- I bought white washer LED's and I know how to put them on...My question is...

1. How do I hook them up electrically???

first you need a testlight sears $7
second ground the neg side of the lights to the chasie of the car..
the positive side to the driving light you will need to test the wires at the head light
and get the positive of the driving lights and connect to the positive of the leds
