I was just reading Zex's website and they have in small lettering that their kit is illegal for use in california..Is that true? Or is there a loophole I'm missing somewhere?

no2 is illegal in california you can have it in your car but it must be disconnected ( pipe from bottle) unless your offroad ie.. strip or race course.
