My car is currently in the shop getting a custom paint job, is there anything that can be done to the car besides a bra to protect against rock chips on the bumper and hood?

Bubble wrap :)

Seriously though....there are magnetic bras, those tint films (clear though) that act as a good stone deflector.

or....like I had in the winter....a spare bumper :) I would put a POS bumper on that acted as a snow plow for my car in the winter.

Adrian, didn't you see Wendy's demo at Bash???

3M Paint Protection Film

Kinda expensive but its probably the best way to ensure the front end is always protected and most people will never notice its there. Won't damage the paint and it can be taken off anytime, however, once removed, the same piece cannot be reapplied. Typically runs $400-$600 including labor. If you're ever in Florida again, we can do it for the cost of materials.
