New Demon Lights from CustomCougar

Are those new lights 50 state legal, cuz i know acouple of my friends have been pulled over for having some blue in their headlights and in teh picture they appear to be blue...so i dunno if they are legal. if some1 can help that would be great, thanks

they are not illegal. They are pretty much the same look that the BMW's have had for years.....You can not get a ticket for having those Halo style headlights. nothing to the rumor of getting a ticket.
