Well I wish I can help but I had to change my pass side power window motor. However it should be the same though. Remove the mounting screws. Where ever there is a plastic cap, there's a screw behind it. Don't forget the one behind the cougar emblem. Then with a trim removal bar, carefully remover the interior panel. You may need to disconnect the power door locks and window elect. connections on it. There may be a plastic film underneath that panel. Remove it and locate the power window motor. Now depending on the design you should be able to disconnect it and unscrew the mounting screws on it and viola!!! Install your new motor, connect it, test it and there you go!! Hope that helps!!
