I don't think anyone reads this section. Try asking in the General Forum. Welcome and good luck starting a NECO in Indiana! I wish someone would have the same interest in my neck of the woods.

There was a post here last year concerning this matter. Only 3 people indicated interest.

Hardest thing about getting on here in Indiana is that most of us are spread to every corner of the state.
