I have a set of those around that I got in high school (our school mascot was a cougar) that I've been trying to figure out how to incorporate!

Yeah - appart from the base, the back and the sub rings, its all fibre glass!

Definately nice, but I personally would have painted the enclosure instead of the carpet!

No it was relatively easy....just had to do it quickly before the stuff started to set!!!

What we did was get some fleece and staple it to the wood in the rough shape of the box, and then went to work painting the fibreglass onto it.

Then we let it set, and its rock hard now!!!!

Update:

We've had to port the box as the box was so well sealed that the subs couldnt handle the pressure!!!!

I thougth about that...but its been done to death over here...

My car is about understatement!!!

So the boot is an understatement!!! Carpet all the way, and a bit of "leather" for the cougar plate.
