Turn the key - Fuel pump cycles momentarily - Starter does nothing.
Aside from the battery cabling, which we are very confident in, the only thing I'm seeing in the wiring diagrams that might interfere with the starter signal is the clutch switch.
We haven't confirmed if the clutch switch is working right or not, but is there any other reason the starter wouldnt be cranking? Is there anything else in the PCM logic preventing a start?
Back when I was entertaining the idea of adding an SVT ECU to my 1999, I seem to recall that SFG0 was indeed the one I was looking for. However, all my PRACTICAL knowledge has been with returnless systems, so I'd definitely defer to someone who's been there.
